TAI CHI, THE SUPREME ULTIMATE
with Lawrence Galante
60-minute video

"Next, a back view of the form lets you pick up anything that you may have missed in the first view. This back view also provides you with an opportunity to stand in front of your television set and follow along with me, just as if you were standing behind me at my school or at one of my seminars.

Finally, there is a complete teaching section which starts by demonstrating all of the stances and hand postures within the form and goes on to teach the form in a step-by-step, move-by-move manner complete with correct breathing instructions for every posture in the form.

Learn one new move at a time, viewing the instructional part of the tape as many times as you need to, in order to understand and be able to replicate what I am doing on the screen. Utilize both views whenever you need additional clarification of any move and when you are ready, add the next new move to the learned sequence. Then, try doing the entire form, including the newly learned move, on your own. Remember, it is better to learn five moves correctly, than fifty moves incorrectly."
