BEGINNER TAI CHI (evening)
Learn the Yang style short form, an ancient Chinese exercise consisting of slow, relaxed movements that provide physical exercise for the body, concentration for the mind and meditation for the spirit. Classes begin with Chi Kung warm up exercises. Taught by Ramona Maiolino, advanced student of Lawrence Galante.

Deep breathing exercises that strengthen the body's immune system, promote a state of well-being, and improve balance and coordination. Suitable for all ages & recommended for all Tai Chi students.

For those who are familiar with the Yang style short or long forms. Must have completed the first section of the Yang style short form. Class consists of form correction, applications, push hands practice.

KUNG FU (day)
A faster paced and more explosive martial art form than Tai Chi, Kung Fu provides an excellent foundation for further martial arts study while also developing strength, coordination, and discipline.
