REIKI CERTIFICATION LEVEL 1
Ki, or Chi, is the life force within all of us which is responsible for healing. Reiki invokes and utilizes the Great Universal Ki. Through gentle touch and intention, Reiki can balance body energy, relieve stress, accelerate healing, and promote wellness and peace of mind. In addition to learning about the history of Reiki, this class will teach you how to summon the Ki for healing, how to find and identify energy blocks and problems, how to properly balance the Chakras, and how to use Reiki to heal yourself and others. Please bring a blanket or beach towel.

REIKI CERTIFICATION LEVEL 2
In this advanced training session, students will continue their Reiki training, learning the Sacred Reiki Symbols for alleviating physical, mental, and emotional stress. Distant healing as well as in-person Reiki techniques will be covered. Please bring a blanket or beach towel.
