CHI KUNG (all levels, evening)
Deep breathing exercises that strengthen the body's immune system, promote a state of well-being, and improve balance and coordination. Suitable for all ages. Class is half hour of Chi Kung and half hour of Tai Chi. Taught by Ramona Maiolino, advanced student of Lawrence Galante.
